Originally designed to replace metal fabricated spools, reels and bobbins for the tire and rubber industry, our patented Duraspool® products have now been in use for over twenty years in plants worldwide. Lighter weight than metal alternatives and with no sharp edges to injure operators or damage product, these modular and serviceable spools are ergonomic and extremely durable.

Produced from highly impact resistant engineering grade thermoplastics, Duraspool® products withstand the harshest industrial environments and handle payloads up to 1,500 pounds. Ranging in size from 16” to 49” in flange diameter, a variety of hub and axle sizes can be configured with these to support both your product envelope and your equipment interface requirements.
