Capabilities In Brief

Design & Engineering
Creative Techniques employs the latest in CAD/CAM/CAE technologies, including a variety of solid modeling design systems and analysis software, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), volumetric analysis, even mold flow analysis to support our customer’s specific requirements.

Tooling & Moldmaking
Recognizing the critical role that molds and tooling play in the production process of plastic returnable packaging, we have developed our own in-house moldmaking and tooling capabilities. We employ a team of skilled, experienced mold makers and machinists utilizing the latest in CNC machining centers and other equipment, ensuring that our molds and production tools are of the highest quality and accuracy.

Injection Molding & Structural Foam Molding
Creative Techniques is one of the few companies that specialize in structural foam molding, which provide a superior weight/strength ratio and provide our customers with the added flexibility to design packaging systems for large and/or heavy duty applications. Combined with our plastic injection molding services, we provide a comprehensive array of options for virtually any material handling application.
